Order received from the client company. The orders received via mails will be put into our system at the warehouse. Order nos for tracking will be generated automatically by our system and automated mails will be sent to the company officials with the same.
When the material in an order is started to be collected from within the warehouse the second update will reflect on the client dashboard as “Order Picking”. This will be updated in the warehouse.
When the all the material of an order is collected at the dock, the fourth update will be reflected as “Docked”.
When the loading of this material into the truck is completed, ”Loaded and Dispatched” is reflected. This step is done at the warehouse.
Live tracking of the lorry will be shown on the client dashboard after the material has been dispatched and as an when the orders are delivered at the respective dealers, “Delivered” will be reflected. This step in completed by the driver of the truck using the TACTO’s internal app.
